Prior to joining Audio Visual Design Group, Aaron has been programming control systems and designing user interfaces for over eleven years, during which he has obtained certifications in programming from AMX and Crestron, and gained experience with various other control-based resources. Aaron’s audio/visual career began while studying to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting from Arizona State University, obtained in 1998. After working for two years as an in-house technician with a large financial institution, he started in the commercial contracting field as a Field Technician/Project Manager for a Philadelphia-based firm. Following a move to the San Francisco Bay Area, Aaron spent two years programming control systems and developing graphical user interfaces for a large commercial audio/visual systems integrator prior to becoming an independent subcontractor for over 8 years. Recent notable projects include the Corporate Training Center for Sutter Health, the Customer Visitor Center at Oracle, and new space development for Charles Schwab and the Mozilla Foundation, as well as projects for Drexel University, University of California San Francisco, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, First Republic Bank, Boston Consulting Group, and a number of large residential projects.
