“AVDG is a known leader for audio-visual and automation technologies,” said Forsyth. ” I’m honored to join the organization as head of IT operations and look forward to helping maintain the high level of service and technical proficiency that AVDG is known for.”
As part of his role in improving AVDG’s IT infrastructure, Michael will analyze internal client needs, identify vulnerabilities, and inform business decisions with solutions that boost operational productivity and efficiency. He will help train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.
