Today we are proud to announce that our new office in Los Alamitos is officially open for business. The Southern California office will offer sales and support along with a dedicated technical services team. This is the latest in our expansion effort aimed at placing technical services teams in key markets furthering our commitment to concierge level support for our clients. Last year we opened an office in the Silicon Valley and our 4th office in Sacramento is scheduled to open early next year. In addition to these new offices we have doubled our technical services staff.

Scharffer tapped John Miles, a former Regional Vice President for AVI-SPL as Director of Operations for Southern California. John is a 35 year industry veteran who has overseen operations generating in excess of $150M in revenue. He has also been the Executive Manger to multi-million dollar national and international projects including those for the United States Army, Boeing, Honda of America, University of Southern California (USC) and Hilton Hotels.
“The Southern California market has no shortage of audio visual integrators, the challenge is finding one with sufficient qualified technical resources who understand what it takes to commission that last 5-10% of a job on-time/on- budget, consistently,” said John Miles, Director of Operations. “Since its inception, AVDG has always done a great job of managing their client’s expectations as well as providing extremely capable technical support – this new regional office will reflect that commitment.”
