AVDG simplicity service ensures that your organization receives priority support for any issues that arise during business hours. Issues requiring on-site visits from AVDG technicians are resolved within 12 business hours, at the most.

This critical support plan includes:

  • Dedicated service team with direct email and direct phone number
  • Priority 30-minute response time (phone or email) during business hours
  • Unlimited telephone technical support during business hours
  • Manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement
  • Remote support from AVDG support team during business hours (email, phone, or chat)
  • Loaner equipment from service equipment pool if available
  • On-site labor within 12 business hours, during business hours
    • Standard on-site labor is covered under this service support agreement
  • One (1) preventative maintenance visit
  • Service business hours: (8am until 5pm PST) Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays)
