During the assessment process, AVDG sales leaders and engineers perform a site survey to record all of the minute details of the space. A formal recommendation is prepared and presented outlining how we plan to collaborate with your project’s stakeholders to augment and streamline systems, promote efficiencies, and transform your environment.


After installation is complete, we thoroughly test all systems to ensure they work flawlessly. This process includes complete system calibration and configuration, and performance evaluations by AVDG and project stakeholders.

After testing and optimization, our teams walk clients through the installations, demonstrating how to use the systems and answering any questions. We can also provide user training to ensure that those who will use the systems understand all controls and settings. Options for system support and monitoring will also be presented to ensure optimal functionality and connectivity long after installation.
