responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • ERP system admin and SME, first point of contact for troubleshooting and bug identification
  • Primary Helpdesk support for all BI, ERP, Reporting, ERP User, and Database support requests and timely escalations to vendor support.
  • Assisting in business requirement development for reports, metrics, and documents. Supporting the timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
  • Work with IT Infrastructure and EIS Teams to support secure best practices in the ERP system.
  • Understanding and becoming proficient with business systems in the areas of logistics, fulfillment, merchandising, forecasting, etc.
  • Performing UAT/Validation on newly created objects, reports, metrics, etc.
  • Incorporating data from multiple sources including sales, inventory, product, and customer databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
  • Performing database analysis as required by the business
  • Building reports and analysis in SQL and Excel
  • Maintaining and updating business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
  • Assisting in requirements gathering sessions with project teams
  • Testing use case scenarios to validate data flow from various systems into Q360
  • Auditing data and coordinating data cleansing efforts with various areas of the business
  • Onboarding and offboarding associates within the ERP software
  • Manages AVDG’s relationship with our ERP software vendor, including ongoing biweekly meetings and additional meetings as required
  • Calculating commissions on a monthly basis and reporting numbers to the sales team Additional duties as assigned


to join our band, you’ll need the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in business or consulting (in addition to degree or years of previous experience), preferably working with Data Warehouses, ERP Systems, MicroStrategy reporting, etc.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Qualitative/Quantitative analytics, preferably in a retail environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in the following programming languages at a minimum (NZ SQL/ORACLE PL/SQL and VBA)
  • Solid DBA Knowledge working with SQL Databases, tables, and configuration
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Background working with Tableau BI and Reporting preferred
  • Familiarity supporting enterprise ERP Systems (Q360)
  • Knowledge of Security fundamentals to assist in securing the ERP environment in alignment with Enterprise Information Security and IT teams to help implement required enhancements
  • Ability to handle inbound support requests and escalations to 3rd party vendor support in a timely fashion.
