Position Summary: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

The purpose of this job is to assist the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive applicant experience throughout the interviewing, hiring and onboarding process, while giving uncompromising levels of customer service in alignment with our Enterprise goals and mission.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment for temporary employees; act as a liaison between agency and the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews as requested by recruiter.
  • Manage and complete electronic workflow onboarding for all new hires.
  • Create and monitor offer letter generations and approval process, internal and external.
  • Perform searches using HRIS system (ADP EV5) for current and former employee information.
  • Establish relationships with Hiring Managers, HRIS team and Desktop Services team to assist with onboarding.
  • Coordinate First Day Onboarding — complete new hire documents, backfill for E-I9.
  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation (NHO), scheduling presenters and new employees.
  • Log, track, and update department reports/files via Excel Spreadsheet.
  • Book travel arrangements for candidates or recruitment team through the Corporate Travel Department.
  • Weekly new hire report to Recruitment Team, HRIS Team, Administrative Assistants and Reception.
  • Expense Reporting as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

To join our team, you’ll need the following experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in human resources and/or coordination.
  • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
