Our work across the Northeast includes some of the finest homes, offices, commercial spaces, and public buildings all along the Eastern Seaboard and in the Caribbean. We lead small and large projects overseeing every detail, from planning, through construction and completion. But we also regularly work alongside or consult architects, developers, and designers to make sure they are considering the best in home technology for their projects and clients.
Our partnerships involve working with leading architects, builders, and developers as a singular, expert resource for delivering the finest technology solutions to a new project, right from the outset.
From the beginning, we’ve excelled at bespoke design, while at the same time acknowledging the best way to serve our clients is to serve their own unique process and preferences. Which is why our team is ready to present and execute beautiful, expert designs, perfectly tailored to your needs and tastes. But we are also very accustomed to working with the finest architectural, building and design firms, each with their own language and objectives.
Getting the technology in a new home just right from the ground up requires careful planning, design, and execution. Let’s hit the ground running on both the best and latest options (not always the same thing!) and how beautifully integrated it can all be. AVDG will extend the knowledge base of your architect, hit deadlines alongside of your contractor and create the perfect move-in with your designer.
The shelf life of any given residential integration system increases or decreases in proportion to technological innovation and the needs of you and your family. When the day comes that your current system leaves you wondering if there’s a better way, give us a call. Explore with one of our system designers. Whether you’re looking for a major overhaul or simple upgrade, we’ll present all of your options.
As an active partner for luxury condo and tower residence projects, we tailor every detail to match the direction of each development. Our proven approach comes from working with some of the best real estate visionaries and architects presenting solutions so that their best, most beautiful offerings also include the best in technology options, including pre-wiring entire units, whole-home audio and video, to lighting control and motorized window treatments, to complete state-of-the art amenity and wellness environments.
AVDG has successfully met the needs of corporate offices, commercial spaces and showrooms for over 20 years. AVDG will prepare, present and execute a thorough plan based on the current status of your project. AVDG will provide the hardware and perform the installation to industry standards, incorporating best practices all within your time constraints. If your systems are in dire need of an upgrade, AVDG will design, install and program you back into this century with an eye to repurposing anything you may own.

from start to anytime
We design whole systems in-house and understand how different components within the overall system need to be integrated. It’s also not just about the performance of each individual element, but the ultimate intent of the entire system. Through our Vigilance Program, we continue to provide you with the best in remote monitoring, servicing and customer care, so that the highest level performance and reliability is maintained long after our work is done.
the vigilance program
Our vigilance program is a dedicated design installation surveillance program that collects and assesses reports of suspected adverse failures of products and or installations. AVDG has tracked product and installation methods for over 10 years and have compiled reports of suspected adverse reactions in systems due to installation or product-specific deficiencies. Our proprietary Vigilance Station is where we master comprehensive system design, fully assembling and relentlessly testing every component of your build before we install it.
Our vigilance status means you receive dedicated, 24/7 remote system monitoring and on-call client support, meaning that we are available to address any issue or question you might have, around the clock.
Our systems are installed with a patented “machine-learning” process that allows us to preemptively address many common issues that would otherwise require a service visit. This means that we can almost anticipate an issue and fix it before you would even have noticed.
