AVDG oversaw the design-build of audio-visual systems inside the offices of this digital currency exchange firm headquartered in San Francisco’s influential SoMa neighborhood. The project included design and installation of an “All Hands” meeting space, boardroom, conference rooms, digital signage, game room, and sound-masking system in the open office area. For conference spaces, AVDG provided HD cameras for high-resolution video and a microphone-and-speaker combination that ensured crystal-clear communication. Another neat aspect to this project was the reception-area AV system, which greets visitors and employees with music and video.
AVDG partnered with Pollack Architecture for many years, completing several successful commercial audio-visual projects throughout the Bay Area. In 2013, Pollack Architecture Principal, Richard Pollack, contracted AVDG to also design and build the entertainment system for his own home. The design included a home theater, custom programmed remotes, distributed audio and multiple video displays throughout the residence.
AVDG oversaw the design and installation of digital signage at the Hammer Museum, a world-recognized art museum and cultural center located in Los Angeles. Known as a vibrant intellectual and creative nexus, the museum needed an attractive visual display for its outdoor kiosk. AVDG installed two Planar HX60 high-definition displays, creating a video wall for the museum to highlight its many programs, exhibits and special announcements.
