What information do we collect?
We collect various types of information depending upon how you use our site. When you submit an information request, we collect your name, address, email address, and phone number. When you become an AVDG, LLC registered client, we collect your name, home address, office address, email address, birth date, and password. This information is gathered to make your experience as a registered user as quick and easy as possible. When you submit a question to customer service, we need your email address to respond, and you also may provide us with various additional information to help us answer your question. We also may receive some information about you from other sources and may add it to your account information. For example, we might get your updated address from a shipper. We may acquire customer lists from other parties so that we may invite new people to visit AVDG, LLC.
At AVDG, LLC, we use two kinds of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies.
Session cookies exist only for as long as your browser remains open. Once you exit your browser, they go away. We use session cookies to maintain information we need to have in order for you to browse our website.

Note: Once you have submitted your request you should assume that it has been successfully received and your request is being processed. Please allow us ten business days from when the request was received to complete the removal.
You also may use the address and phone number above to request that we not disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. If you choose to write to us, please include your name, address and credit card account number (if you have one) and state “NO THIRD PARTY SHARING” in your request. Can I Access My Information?
Is my information secure?
AVDG, LLC is committed to doing its best to maintain the security of information collected on our site. To try to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Encryption is a process by which a message or information is scrambled while it is in transit to AVDG, LLC. It is based on a key that has two different parts, public and private. The public part of the key is distributed to those with whom you want to communicate. The private part is for the recipient’s use only. So long as you use a browser that allows for encryption, when you send personal information to us, you use a public key to encrypt your personal information. If your information is intercepted during the transmission, it is scrambled and very difficult to decrypt. Once we receive your encrypted personal information, we use the private part of our key to decode it.
California Privacy Rights
California law entitles residents to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal information we share with third parties for third parties’ direct marketing purposes. Unless you request us to or consent to us doing so, AVDG does not sell any personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Additional Provisions Under GDPR
If you are in a country that is governed by the European Union General Data Privacy Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), then you may be a “data subject” and the following may be applicable to you:
To the extent GDPR regulations regarding the processing of your personal data (“Personal Data”) apply to AVDG, LLC, under certain circumstances, we may be considered a “data controller.” Personal Data includes your name, address, email address, telephone number, job title, credit card information, social security number, and geolocation, some of which we may collect and process and some of which may be collected and processed by third parties. These third parties may be considered “data controllers” in their own right, and you should review their privacy policies. For example, when you submit an information request or register as a client you provide a name, address, phone number, and email address, and this information is processed and maintained using a third-party program. If credit card information submitted, it is acquired and maintained by another third party, not AVDG, LLC. Information on shipping is processed by the appropriate shipper.
We process your Personal Data only as necessary to offer and provide products to you. Our legal basis for processing includes:
- Providing the products that you have purchased from us.
- Complying with legal requirements.
- Managing and improving our website and our relationship with you.
- Providing you with information about our products and offerings.
