background

AVDG partnered with Millennium Partners, a prominent developer of luxury properties across the United States, to integrate technology solutions at Four Seasons Private Residences in San Francisco.

Located in the San Francisco’s South of Market District, Four Seasons is a 43-story skyscraper consisting of more than 140 luxury private residences. AVDG deployed an array of audiovisual and automation systems in several residences and shared spaces throughout the tower. Integrated systems, designed and installed by AVDG, included distributed audio solutions, video, data & voice systems, lighting, window treatments and control systems.

distributed audio

AVDG outfitted the tower with a distributed audio system that can deliver background music to several shared spaces via a Dante-networked system of audio digital signal processors, multi-channel audio amplifiers, ceiling speakers, and wall- and column-mounted speakers. Audio can be distributed to the elevator lobby, outdoor terrace, lounge, fitness room, kitchen, game room, corridors and other areas. Each zone can be locally managed via wireless touch panels and other control devices.

conferencing

AVDG equipped the tower’s game room and other shared spaces with HD displays and other entertainment systems, including:

  • A golf simulator that enables residents to practice golf indoors in a virtually simulated golf environment.
  • 4K ultra-high-definition video displays in the game room and private function room.
  • Surround sound processor/multi-channel amplifier/control processor to decode selected surround sound signals, provide multi-channel audio to the LCR, surround, and subwoofer speakers, and control AV devices.
  • In-wall touchscreen control panels providing control of all audiovisual functions and room environment elements, including lighting and shades.
