    Needless to say, all at SHC are tremendously grateful and thankful to AVDG in partnering with us to help build infrastructure to support a community of teaching and learning at the Center through its research. AVDG’s kind and generous support throughout the many unforeseen challenges we encountered along the way during the pandemic demonstrated great workmanship, flexibility and perseverance to move the project along to fruition, despite delays, back orders, faulty equipment, COVID mandates/protocols, etc. – it was definitely a learning experience, yet highly commendable of AVDG’s execution!     Every part of our experience with AVDG was smooth, and their attention to detail was stellar. We had a large project to install in-ceiling speakers all throughout our condo, and they sent out a project manager (Todd) to scope out or condo and gather our requirements – within days, they had a plan ready for. Jacob and Andy did a meticulous, clean job during installation, and they took the time to walk us through the system components they installed, answering all of our questions. The service was stellar, and the sound products they installed are of superior quality. They were even flexible enough to let us break the project into chunks to spread over time. These guys are the real deal, and they delivered elite service.

The call was scheduled – Erik the technician showed up on time. Explained the challenges of an 11 year old system and was able to get the system up and running in under 6 hours on site. Erik was able to go above and beyond to repair what was initially reported for as we fixed one issue – we found another. He was calm, professional and gave me his full attention. The system has not worked this well in years. Thank you so much – I will definitely call when I need more work with our automation.

    We can’t say enough positive things about AVDG. When our internet went down, while the kids were e- learning it is stressful to say the least. It was the weekend and Malcom from New Hampshire was so patient and kind and helped us step by step to get everything back up and working. He was able to do that all remote.

    He still recommended we have a local representative come to our house to just double check and fix some things that could only be done in person. Eric from Chicago came and again, was so helpful and thorough, answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to make sure everything was as it should be.
